1. قبول الشروط / Acceptance
استخدام بوابة الأعضاء ونماذج الانضمام يعني موافقتكم على هذه الشروط (مسودة للمراجعة).
Use of the members portal and join forms constitutes acceptance of these terms (draft for review).
2. العضوية والأدوار / Membership and roles
تُمنح صلاحيات المتطوع أو الجمعية بعد الموافقة. يجب استخدام الحساب شخصيًا أو باسم الجمعية المعتمدة فقط.
Volunteer or association capabilities are granted after approval. Accounts must be used personally or on behalf of the approved association only.
3. دقة البيانات وVMR / Data accuracy and VMR
يجب أن تكون بيانات VMR صحيحة قدر الإمكان. الأعداد تعكس عمليات التطعيم والتعقيم بشكل منفصل ولا تُجمع كعدد كلاب فريد. تعريف الجراء يُحدد إداريًا قبل الإنتاج.
VMR data must be as accurate as possible. Vaccination and sterilization counts are reported separately and must not be summed as unique dogs. Puppy definition is set administratively before production.
4. المستندات والملكية الفكرية / Documents and IP
المستندات المرفوعة تبقى ملك مقدمها مع ترخيص للاتحاد للتحقق والأرشفة. محتوى الاتحاد محمي ولا يُعاد نشره دون إذن.
Uploaded documents remain yours with a license to the federation for verification and archiving. Federation content is protected and may not be republished without permission.
5. السلوك المحظور / Prohibited conduct
يُحظر تقديم بيانات كاذبة، انتحال جهة، إساءة استخدام بيانات الآخرين، أو محاولات اختراق النظام.
False data, impersonation, misuse of others’ data, or attempts to compromise the system are prohibited.
6. إيقاف الحساب / Suspension
يجوز للاتحاد تعليق أو إنهاء الوصول عند مخالفة الشروط أو متطلبات البرنامج القومي.
The federation may suspend or end access for violations of these terms or national program requirements.
7. تحديث الشروط / Updates
قد تُحدَّث هذه المسودة؛ يُسجَّل تاريخ الإصدار عند العرض لأغراض الموافقة.
